A lovely product, delivered promptly. The only downside was the huge box it came in !

Neom products never disappoint. However, it would be nice to be able to request samples of certain products to try something new. I have the pod and would like to try the new oil blends, but £30 is a bit pricey to take a risk on.

One of the worst customer service teams. Parcels still not arrived after 2 weeks. Customer service doesn’t seem to care. Avoid like the plague!

The product turned up damaged and they were so efficient with replacing it and very quickly. Impressive.

It sounds corny but Great day Body oil actually does really do what it says on the tin!.....it “makes me happy” Yes, I have actually found a product that makes me centred, calm and happy when I use it. The quality is so beautiful the scent actually lasts as well. Thank you Neom. A must have from now on.

I've been buying from NEOM ever since my friend bought me a candle for my birthday, I've always associated scents with moods so I'm an ideal customer. My husband treated me to the wellbeing pod to help me cope during a stressful and depressing time of my life. The products are pricey but to have natural scents makes it worth it and you can't put a price on sleep - I buy the pillow mist in bulk. My only criticism is that the loyalty points you secure online are not the same as in retail (at least this is what the Wimbledon store assistant advised). I'd be more likely to shop in store if this was the case.


I LOVE these products especially the nightime facial oil. The scents are so luxurious and mood changing too. Postage times have been slightly delayed recently but I’m sure that’s related to the pandemic.


I love the products and own many but unfortunately the customer service is not as high quality. The reply to my query about a faulty product was rude and evasive. As I sent photographic evidence of the issue, I would expect the immediate offer of a replacement or refund. Instead I received patronising questions and avoidance. Will be ordering through a 3rd party in future.
